The problem
Staff copied data between tools every week. Permissions were messy, history was lost, and leadership couldn’t see a reliable status without asking someone to rebuild a sheet.
Our approach
We designed a focused web application: role-based access, a clean front end for daily work, and a back-end API with the data model they actually needed. We deployed it with a lean hosting setup and integrated the systems they already used — without forcing a Shopify-shaped solution onto a non-commerce workflow.
